Concrete repair mortars
Bastion repair mortar (PP)
This is a repair mortar mix for concrete, ferro-concrete, stone and brick structures, that are used in high humidity level and freeze-thaw temperatures conditions. It is characterized by dimensional stability, high attachment level, high resistance, waterproofing, freeze-thaw durability.
Bastion crack resistant repair mortar (PP+)
This is a repair mortar mix for concrete, ferro-concrete, stone and brick structures that are used in high humidity level and freeze-thaw temperatures conditions. It is characterized by dimensional stability in 40 mm layer, high attachment level, high resistance, waterproofing, freeze-thew durability.
Bastion expansible two-component repair mortar (PP2k)
This is a two-component mortar mix. The material has high expansible level, waterproof, and high attachment, including to metallic surface. This mortar is used for cracks and joints in ferroconcrete structures at spots of possible crack formations filling, is used for spaces between tubes and concrete wall filling.
Bastion concrete admixture (BT)
The application of hydraulic waterproof concretes is one of the concrete structure waterproofing method in construction. This basement waterproofing product is applied for concrete density increasing and waterproofing.
Concrete modifier Bastion BT is a high-technology multicomponent mineral and chemical admixture-based dry mix. Concrete modifier allows to regulate technological and technologic concrete characteristics in a broad range in order to achieve necessary requirements. Concrete modifier Bastion BT application allows to:
- increase concrete specifications;
- prepare homogeneous antifloating concrete mixtures with flow mark F5 keeping hardened concrete high resistance, frost-resistance and waterproofing indexes and without concrete desintegration. High-workability mixes can easily be dispensed and have high workability that reduces power consumption and labor efforts.
The concrete modifier expense for 1 m³ is from 4 to 12% of cement mass depending on the concrete requirements and specifications. The optimal gauging is 5-8% of cement mass. When applying Bastion BT admixture it is better to reduce water amount that is used for mix preparation for about 20-30%.
